DEYDE provides the standardisation of customer names and addresses, and a Single Customer View, through the deduplication and geo-codification of addresses in European and Latin American countries.
DEYDE, a technology multinational dedicated to Data Quality projects, has become the only Spanish company, from among 15 around the world (including Microsoft®) with the possibility of entering the Magic Quadrant for Data Quality Tools by Gartner.
The Magic Quadrant for Data Quality Tools by Gartner Inc., is a tool of the highest prestige, to which CIOs the world over turn to in order to evaluate and select a suitable Data Quality supplier. Currently, Gartner includes 18 international companies within said Quadrant, the majority of which are of North American origin.
DEYDE, through its MyDataQ tool, provides fully automated and immediate standardisation of customer names and addresses, and a Single Customer View, through the deduplication and geo-codification of addresses in European and Latin American countries.
“It is an honour that such a reputable research firm like Gartner has shortlisted us to form part of a group which includes names such as IBM, SAP and Oracle”, stated Luis Martínez, Managing Director of DEYDE. “However, this mention is not the result of some fortunate event, but rather the success that DEYDE has been reaping throughout the 15 years of its history. During this time, the quality of our MyDataQ software and the rapid expansion in the global market, especially in Latin America, have been our main strengths”.
Data Quality in the service of the customer
As a Spanish company with a clear international focus since its creation in 2001, DEYDE has specialised in applying Data Quality in order to improve the identification and localisation information of customers through its MyDataQ technological development.
The Quality Database permits the attainment of business intelligence objectives, contributes to improving the company image, favours costs savings, contributes to preventing fraud, increases the efficiency of the direct marketing actions and aids in creating customer loyalty and acquiring new customers.
DEYDE currently has more than 500 million annual optimised records of names and addresses, and provides its services to companies from a variety of sectors (insurance, banking, education, food industry, etc.).
“Thanks to a dedicated human team and product, MyDataQ, in constant evolution thanks to the R&D&I work and the continual enrichment, the fruit of processing millions of records, we have managed to provide a response to the deficiencies that other larger companies with more consolidated technology have not been able to cover. Our success comes from the simplicity for the customer, specialisation and a fast and personalised service”, added Luis Martínez.
